What do you see in the flame?

Know you are safe and protected, open your heart to your core essence … exhale slowly, feel your entire being sigh in the release of all that is not of love, faith and harmony. Sense your entire being, physical and ethereal, in total harmony.
Stay in this moment, experience bliss, beloved child.
Know you are only a thought or heartbeat from this place.
Be kind to you as you journey the path before you.
Be compassionate with you and with those around you, for they are beginning to awaken in greater numbers.
