Each and every moment brings with it the opportunity to choose love or fear. To choose what you do want rather than what do you do not want. There are many choices made within each moment. Whatever is before you this moment, we encourage you to become still, breathe deeply calming your conscious mind, calming that which appears to be out of balance.
Open your mind and heart to the possibility of seeing through the eyes of love … seeing the situation or perceived challenge through a softened gaze. Consider viewing the situation or challenge before you from a different perspective. Adjust your physical gaze just off-center allowing the edges of the image to become slightly out of focus.
What do you see? Take a few moments to really see. How shall you choose to see that which is before you in this moment … that which is different than the moment that has come before.
You have the freedom to choose differently in the next moment. Having chosen; honor the choice knowing a different choice can be made in the next moment and the next.
There is no right or wrong choice, there is only this moment.
