Have courage beloved one; there are many who support you.
There are many who protect you from shadow and darkness.
Seek courage from within; the gift of courage knows no limitation.
Gift you with courage to speak, courage to honor boundaries, courage to step into the light.
We do not ask you to bridge a wide gap or cross a bridge all in one moment.
Begin with one step and then another and another.
Look behind you; with each step forward you are no longer where you once were.
Look behind you once again, now you are on the other side.
All which sought to distract you from your path is now behind you.
Courage beloved child, there are no shadows in the light.

Inner peace is a state of bliss.
A state of grace can be found in the space between breaths, in between thoughts.
A state of grace begins with a slow, deep breath.
Take a moment, close your eyes focus all your senses as you inhale slowly.
Feel your lungs expand as you inhale deeply.
Feel your body, your entire being relax releasing tension and stress as you exhale slowly.
Focus your conscious mind as you inhale and exhale releasing thoughts and emotions with a sense of peacefulness.
As you experience inner peace harmony radiates from within, projecting outward into all you do, think, say, and feel.
Where there is inner peace, there is harmony.
Where there is harmony, there is inner peace.
Gift you this day with peacefulness.

There is much to see.
There is much to hear.
There is much to feel, to sense.
Do you see only that which is visible in physical form?
Are you willing to see past surface appearances?
Seeing past surface appearances is being willing to see the Spark of Divinity within all creatures great and small.
Seeing the Divine within all living things does not suggest you open yourself to that which is not of love and light.
We ask you open your eyes seeing that which is of love and light, reaching beyond that which appears to be shadow or darkness.
In reaching past the veil, you acknowledge the Divinity within.
Be aware of all that is before you.
Be willing to see, to hear, to sense, to feel differently.
Gift yourself with seeing this day. See the colors of the rainbow in all you do.

To be lion-hearted is to express, radiate, projecting love in all things, in all ways.
Yes, we understand there are many who would distract you from your path.
There are many who delight in your struggles.
Do not return to ways which are now behind you.
Do not seek the destruction of another.
Seek instead to step out of the shadows of darkness, out of the valley of despair.
Remain in the light beloved one, for there are many who seek a better way.
Look to the light placing one foot in front of the other along the path before you.
Smile in the face of adversity for love is the way, light is your path.
Journey the path before you in peace this day.

In any given moment there are a multitude of thoughts in your mind, a multitude of emotions in your heart and in your body.
Each thought, each emotion carries its own unique energy vibration.
You always have free will to choose your thoughts, your emotions, your actions.
In moments of turmoil, dis-harmony, remember to breathe.
For in breathing even for a moment, the body, mind and Spirit release all they carry.
In the moment of each breath is the choice to choose differently.
Choose to give thanks for your many blessings.
Choose to reach for the next best thought, the next and the next.
Choose to reach out to a trusted friend in moments when soothing yourself appears to be overwhelming.
Choose to re-focus your emotions; expressing gratitude for all that has come before this moment.
Choose to give thanks for all that is before you. Clear your mind, releasing sorrow and pain clearing the way for more love and light to shine through you this day and the next and the next.
Release thoughts from what was, clearing your mind, your body and your Spirit for all that awaits you.

That which is hidden from you, from your sight is revealed to you in the Light.
Be willing to step out of the shadows of darkness, stepping away from the corners and alleys of all that is behind you.
Knowledge, discernment, peace and harmony are yours for the asking.
Choose wisely, for in choosing so sets the path before you this day.
Begin anew this day, choose to honor you.
Choose loving non-attachment.

We do not say surrender all your possessions or relationships.
We suggest you release the outcome of declared desires, accept paths chosen by others with humility and grace.
Attach instead to that of unconditional love, peace and harmony, joy and happiness. Allow all in your life the freedom to choose, the freedom to experience for themselves. Love with an open heart, open arms.
Listen with open ears; hear that which is spoken and un-spoken.
There will be many who pass through your life. Enjoy all that is before you this day, for this day shall not come again.

In the light there is no place for darkness or shadow to conceal un-truths.
Step out of the shadows into the light shedding all that no longer serves your highest and best good.
Step into the light allowing your Inner-Self to be made whole.
Imagine a white light cocoon surrounding your entire being, extending out 3 feet in all directions.
Only that which is of love and light is allowed to flow through your cocoon of
brilliant white light, all else is deflected away from you.
You are whole, complete, and perfect now this moment.
Allow your white light cocoon to heal past hurts, real or perceived.
Allow the white light cocoon to show you the way.
Know you are loved beyond measure.
Know you are wealthy beyond your understanding.
Know you are a beacon in the darkness.
Know all is well with you this day.

Trust, have faith, believe.
Be all these and more with yourself.

Release all who have harmed you.
It matters not whether the hurt is real or perceived.
