Turn your thoughts to all who are not free in mind, body, heart or Spirit.

There is no limit to the ways in which Divine Guidance is given.
The song on the radio … a soft breeze across your face … a friend who reaches out to you at just the right moment … a soft whisper from just behind your ears.
Divine Guidance is for the asking.
What is before you this moment for which you are wanting clarity or a peaceful resolution?
What is your inner most desire?
Do you ask Angels, Divine Source or your Guides for guidance?
How does one request Divine Guidance?
Breathe in light exhale shadow or darkness.
Be clear in your asking.
Be open to receiving.
Divine Guidance is yours for the asking.
Divine Guidance is yours for the seeking.
Divine Guidance is yours for the receiving.
What do you ask this day? What do you seek this day? Are you open to receiving that which you have asked and that which you seek?

Do you desire to burn-off limiting thoughts, releasing that which attempts to restrict your inner essence from shinning forth?
Divine Source sees only your true essence.
How then can a thought, a feeling, an action past, given you by your physical self or another, possibly inhibit that which is eternal, that which is from the Light of Divine Source Sing out this day; chant “OM” till it resonates within your entire being physical and ethereal.

The day brings forth many opportunities to focus, perhaps even re-focus our thoughts, emotions and actions.
Remember to breathe.
Breathe deeply … hold your breath for a moment.
Exhale slowly.
The pace of the day, of the season will at first appear to gain momentum.
You can choose to step aside, allowing harmony and peace to be your guide this day.

Glide through the moments before you with the ease of a bird in flight.
Imagine floating through the air as a beautiful Butterfly, dancing in the breeze.
Allow all your cares and worries, perceived or real, to simply float away from your thoughts in a soft rose colored bubble.
That which is before you this moment, see through the eyes of compassion, see through the eyes of love, see through the eyes of forgiveness.
Grace asks you to dance with her, feel your heart and Soul release all that is not of love, all that is not of light.

The concept of Oneness may at times feel elusive.
If we, in physical form are always connected to Divine Source, then why do we at times feel as though we are alone?
The ego voice fears non-existence.
As you become more closely aligned with Divine Source, the ego voice will attempt to distract you from your journey of peace, harmony and joy.
The feeling of separation manifests in all manner or form.
Perhaps you are experiencing lack along the journey … lack of love, lack of abundance, lack of health, lack of peace.
It is in the feeling or sensing lack, that the true essence of oneness eludes each one of us. In truth, there is only the perception of lack.
There is only the perception of separateness from the one Source of All There Is.
Acknowledge that which appears before you this moment.
There is nothing that cannot be healed with love and light.
Seek that which feeds your very heart and soul.
Focus on that which brings you joy.
Focus your thoughts, your emotions, your actions to that which you desire most.
Re-focus whenever a thought or feeling attempts to distract you from where you choose to be.
Reach out to another, release all that is not of your choosing.
There is nothing to great or too small for Divine Source.
Sit in the silence, remember who you are.

Be present in this moment.
Allow your mind, your emotions, your actions to reflect upon all that brings you to the moment before you.
How shall you choose to align you with Divine Source?
How shall you choose to open yourself, re-connecting with Divine Source?
Gratitude, patience, compassion, all is seen through the eyes of Unconditional Love.
What do you see?
Looking past earthly realm perceptions and appearances … what do you truly see?
Beloved Child of the Universe, you are light and love, you are perfect health, you are prosperous beyond measure.
Look again, what do you see?
Be kind to you, nurture your true Soul essence.
Direct your thoughts to all things positive.
Each experience is a gift.
Yes, even experiences which appear to be less than kind and loving.
You have a choice. Choose wisely for in the choosing to see, feel or speak differently, lay the true gift.
Change the way you see things and the things you see change.
Be mindful of where you are.
Be mindful of where you choose to be. Be mindful of choices made.
