Do you speak harshly or lovingly?
How do you speak to all around you?
We do not ask you speak in a manner which would cause you harm.
We are asking you to choose your words with care.
We ask you to resonate more with vibrations of love and compassion, forgiving all that has come before.
Forgiveness is releasing that which no longer serves your highest and best good.
Holding onto old patterns, anger, painful memories, limits your efforts to move forward.
Moving forward is embracing the light, shedding that which is behind you.
Moving forward is stepping out of the shadows of what once was and into the light of what is yet to be.
Allow this day to be one of transition from all that was to all that is.
Choose words spoken with loving care, words once spoken cannot be undone.
